 Hello, I'm Julie (she/they).

I've always seen the world from a bit of an outsider's vantage point, which has taught me to look beyond traditional boundaries and question "one right way" approaches. This perspective drives my work as a coach, where I help people identify the limits placed upon them, discover workarounds, and find success on their own terms.

It took me a while to see that my unconventional perspective was an asset. I want to help others see their value earlier in their journeys than I did.

I now know that even fundamental concepts like identity, value, and truth aren’t fixed—they evolve as you do, shaped by time and context. This understanding shapes my approach: I focus on shared values, collaboration, and success, moving beyond either/or thinking to find solutions where everyone can thrive.

In engineering leadership, I've found a career that leans on my strengths: building connections, recognizing potential, and cheering people on as they exceed what they thought possible. Creating this coaching practice expanded my reach, connecting me with inspiring individuals from all walks of life.
